No streetlamps or public works or roads within vicinity.     Burial plot should be even     Greens should look healthy     Place should be well looked after     The plaque should be firm and do not have cracks     Neighbouring plagues should look good as well to show that the area is well looked after     Observe for dampness from plants and soil.
