Apparently a good way (and standard) of doing documentation is reST http://docutils.sourceforge.net/docs/ref/rst/restructuredtext.html Its a general text way of formatting which can be quickly converted into HTML or PDFs. Documentation until date is still a problem. So far this reST is good method.
